Staybridge Suites Orlando South, an IHG Hotel

It was a beautiful hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We arrived early so the staff let us use their facilities while we waited for our room to be ready. We took a dip in the Jacuzzi while the kids played basketball! Our room had all the amenities, including a refrigerator with an icemaker, full set of dishes! The staff gave me menus to local places that deliver food and we ate in! The next morning we had to leave before their breakfast time, however they had bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, and milk that we were able to eat. They have pool towels outside by the pool area along with fresh lemon squeezed ice water that we loved! They sent text messages to let us know when our room would be available and when we could check in! Our room was clean and the beds were comfy and the cable TV was great! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, anything we needed they had an answer and were ready to help! And when we woke up the next day, they had decorated for Christmas! So festive! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great check in process from Zuleima. The free nightly food/drink we didn't know about, but this was a nice add on for us (other two rooms didn't arrive with time to experience this). Location is close to airport (about 5 minutes) which was great for our early flight. Breakfast was quite nice in terms of options. Appreciated the continual availability of soft drinks, coffee and tea. Nice food pantry for those needing something. Bed and pillows were decent and it was nice to have a pull out sofa.

The staff was amazing, caring, thoughtful and helpful. They were very friendly and caring, I will definitely return and recommend others. The location was perfect, the suite was just the right size and the cleanliness amazing loved it. Everything I needed was available. The coffee and breakfast was good. The kids loved the store in the lobby for night time snacks. Thank you all and especially Jordan! You were awesome!! ☺️ My Pom loved it as well.

The option for the two bedroom two bathroom suite with kitchen and living room was very nice. I liked that this property had a basketball court, pool, and hot tub. The hot breakfast was fantastic and with a ton of options. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Also appreciated the shuttle bus to airport.

Breakfast was nice. Happy hour was also great. We met some wonderful people during our stay. Whitney @ the front desk was exceptional! Alejandro was also great with the shuttle service.
