It was a beautiful hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We arrived early so the staff let us use their facilities while we waited for our room to be ready. We took a dip in the Jacuzzi while the kids played basketball! Our room had all the amenities, including a refrigerator with an icemaker, full set of dishes! The staff gave me menus to local places that deliver food and we ate in! The next morning we had to leave before their breakfast time, however they had bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, and milk that we were able to eat. They have pool towels outside by the pool area along with fresh lemon squeezed ice water that we loved! They sent text messages to let us know when our room would be available and when we could check in! Our room was clean and the beds were comfy and the cable TV was great! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, anything we needed they had an answer and were ready to help! And when we woke up the next day, they had decorated for Christmas! So festive! I would highly recommend this hotel!

It also had a microwave and stove top (no oven though) with pans, plates, glassware, etc. Free washers & dryers was a definite plus (bought single use box of Tide for $1 at front desk). Stayed for 8 days. Several restaurants within 15 minute walk, but a car is definitely helpful for other errands. Free airport shuttle on the hour was prompt. Breakfast was good: eggs (rotated daily between cheese omelette and scrambled), sausages or bacon, starch offerings rotated between make your own waffles, biscuits with sausage gravy, and hash browns. The older breakfast room attendant was very pleasant and even brought me orange juice when she noticed mine looked a bit watery.

Location is close to airport (about 5 minutes) which was great for our early flight. Breakfast was quite nice in terms of options. Appreciated the continual availability of soft drinks, coffee and tea. Nice food pantry for those needing something. Bed and pillows were decent and it was nice to have a pull out sofa.

The location was perfect, the suite was just the right size and the cleanliness amazing loved it. Everything I needed was available. The coffee and breakfast was good. The kids loved the store in the lobby for night time snacks. Thank you all and especially Jordan! You were awesome!! ☺️ My Pom loved it as well.

We arrived early after a cruise and the front desk was very accommodating in not only give us a room early but also extending an invitation to the breakfast. It was also very nice to be able to return home from our trip with clean laundry. Your laundry facilities were clean and convenient. Lastly you complimentary shuttle to the airport was prompt and polite. I would stay there again.
